The Company designed the world's first wireless portable PDA keyboard which turns the PDA into a true Pocket Laptop enabling users to more effectively manage email, surf the web, and perform word processing, database and spread sheet tasks.

The Company intends to strengthen its presence in the mobile handheld device market by expanding the range of "pocket" size products offered. It proposes to do this through both the internal development of such products as well as marketing compatible products developed by others that meet this criteria
