The Company's primary product is the Pocketop KeyboardTM, a folding keyboard for portable, hand-held computing devices. The Pocketop wireless keyboard is a peripheral product to the PDA's and smart phones.

Pocketop's has created a single keyboard that works on several different PDA models without needing a physical connection. The Pocketop keyboard uses the infrared port that comes standard on most PDA's. It includes a stand with a retractable mirror that beams the data typed from the keyboard directly into the PDA while holding it at an angle for easy viewing.

Weighing 4.2 ounces, the keyboard folds up to a size of roughly 3 inches by 4 inches and about a half-inch thick making it easy to travel with. This is roughly half the size of other portable keyboards on the market. The Pocketop keyboard runs on one AAA battery which under normal use lasts 3 months.

Key features of the Pocketop keyboard include:

• Wireless connectivity - allows for quick and easy keyboard set-up without needing to physically 'dock' the keyboard to the PDA
• Universal compatibility - most PDA's can only be used with a single PDA. If the user changes brands the old keyboard no longer works. The ability of a mobile keyboard to work with all major PDA's is a significant advantage. This is an added benefit to retailers as it allows them to carry one product to serve the needs of most PDA's and smart phones thus freeing up shelf space
• Size - to take full advantage of the pocket size convenience of the PDA, the keyboard must be no larger than the PDA and very light.

In addition, the Company is continuing to develop a variety of "pocket" size products for the mobile handheld device market including the new PocketPower series of small device chargers. Customers will now be able to quickly and easily charge Cell Phones, PDA's, Digital Cameras, MP3 players and laptop computers.

The PocketPower chargers use single AA, dual AA or the Company's new rechargeable Lithium Ion batteries.

The PocketPower devices are further enhanced with the Company's integrated PocketGuard technology ensuring that items being charged are not harmed from overcharging.

As an enhancement to other Pocketop devices, the PocketLink accessories will allow the user to connect the PocketPower devices and continue charging even after the batteries are dead.

Customers will never run short of power and feel the freedom of an Uninterruptible Power Source (UPS) in their pocket.
